Further on Faith

“Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, “Go, throw yourself into the sea,” and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive your sins.” -Mark 11:22-25

“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for.” -Hebrews 11:1-2

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” -Hebrews 11:6

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in he Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” -Galatians 2:20

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” -Galatians 5:25

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” -Philippians 4:7
