For your guidance and counsel in this life

My intentions evolve under this waxing moon as we approach Halloween and All Saint’s Day Festivities. My seed words are: independence, infusion, inspection, and inspiration. What are your seed words and how are they designed to help you move forward?
Independence: I wish to feel more free to be the me I am destined to be and become.
Infusion: I want to infuse my body with love and kindness. I wish to be whole and healthy and feel complete always, not just when the season’s nice.
Inspection: I wish to inspect my life and stear clear of harmful interactions.
Inspiration: I wish to be Divinely inspired at home and at work and in life, always. I want to know what is to be living a constant walk with the Creator, in constant prayer for the greater good.

As Japan’s typhoon reminents blow with a strong front onto the Bay Area and across California tonight and all day tomorrow, we will see a strong early storm; a storm we haven’t seen this early in the season in 46 years. I take this time, this quiet before the storm, to honor Mother Nature, and her power. I vow to do my part to protect and nourish her back to health. I vow to listen to her teachings and to learn from her. As the seasons grow stronger in temperature, I feel myself growing stronger in force to merge with her, grow with her, and help her rise.

Fibroids are no joke and when I got “diagnosed” with them two years ago, I didn’t know they wouldn’t be gone until after menopause. I’m in my early thirties and my Mom didn’t go through menopause until her early fifties. 20 year situation. The good news for now is that the bleeding is being controlled with Depo Privera injections every three months. It’s a time thing. That will only work for one to three years. Then, it’s ablasion and hopefully that works for awhile. Then possibly back to Depo. Basically, my cycle is going to be whacked for 20 years until I stop bleeding. Unless I find an alternative and heal from within in a different, non-Western way. It’s a classic case of “healer, heal thyself”. I’m looking at various hormonal supplements and vitamin regimes that may help. They are costly though and I’m having to save to get there. I’m also moving more with yoga and “looking” at the fibroids in meditation. Why are you there? What are you here to teach me? I open to allow the lessons and learning to come and with it the answers to self healing…..
As I stepped upon one of the first autumn leaves in 2009, I knew that the crackling beneath my foot would break the leaf into thousands of tiny pieces and I also knew that my life had been changed forever. Like the leaf, never to be whole again, I wondered if the same destiny awaited me. I scratched my forehead with weary fingers and answered to myself, “No, I will one day be whole again. How could I not? After all, she is whole and they are whole. Why shouldn’t I be, too?”
It was an overcast day in the East San Francisco Bay Area and finally fall had reached ground after a horrid week of bloody hotness from summer’s last cry. This is the story of a girl becoming a woman and the woman maturing into parts of the crone. It’s the story of living in the new millennium with unprecedented faith, being tested on that faith and following through on a call to fulfill a dream. My dream is be a source of inspiration to the world and to lead through shining example. I came to this planet as an artist and I co-create with you a vision of a new tomorrow.
In the lines that follow you will find my “Ten Lessons along the Path”. It is my hope that these lessons and teachings leave you feeling hopeful, courageous and inspired to live the life of your dreams and follow your highest potential. I believe we signed up for our lives and must take responsibility of them but I also believe that through healing and forgiveness work, miraculous energy shifts and change of thought patterns, life can become more than we dared dream before. The Creator always wants us to evolve, grow, learn and change. It asks us to be more in this life… more than we see or feel. It asks us to mesh with it and co-create a harmonious vision of its magnificence. It is time to encapsulate that presence of the Power and internalize it instead of its enemy. It is a counterintuitive process in this world of greed, deception and recession. But recall, we are to be “in the world and not of it”.
From the beginning there was the word. I remember going to word when my hope was at its weakest and my flesh was running wild. I turned to the gospel as a source of nutrients in my life. I began to have my love affair with Christ. He wasn’t just my personal Savior and God but he was my friend and lover. I saw and still see Him as a Master whom we should strive to become in the presence of, within our own selves. I see other Masters this way, too. Although, none of them compare to the light of Christ and his cast of heavenly hosts as their light is the brightest in the world. So it is from the Holy Bible that I take ten verses that struck me at certain times in my life and share them with you. They are my greatest teachers.
WE ARE GOD’S CHILDREN. WE ARE A MANIFESTATION OF OUR CREATOR AND ARE NEVER SEPARATE FROM OUR SOURCE.
“If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.” –Romans 14:8
GOD IS EVERYTHING.

OUR CREATOR HAS A WILL AND WANTS US TO CO-CREATE WITH “IT”.
“Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord”, shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.” –Matthew 7:21
OUR CREATOR HAS GIFTED US WITH ALL WE NEED TO FULFILL OUR DREAMS.
“God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” -2 Timothy 1:7
STAY OPEN AND RECEPTIVE TO DIVINE GUIDANCE.
“A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.” –Proverbs 16:9
CELEBRATE THE JOURNEY.

STAY POSITIVE.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE WORTHY.

The first rain started early this morning and included some soft lightening and light shifts in the sky. Here’s Daisy, the water meter fairy, doing her work. I love the sound of pitter patter on the patio roof. The fresh smells are so erotic. No lawn mowing today so it’s quiet, peaceful. I can’t wait for the equinox but fall officially feels here today. I’m sure the sun will be back. The cooler weather is astoundingly refreshing. Slippers feel good on my feet. I’m tired of going barefooted.
